Spacious, fully accessible, centrally located care
Description:
John MacDonald Architect assisted the Norfolk Family Health Team with an interior fit-up, which allowed the team to expand into a spacious, fully accessible, central location in Simcoe. Located within an existing three-storey building, the one-storey medical facility of approximately 12,300 square feet includes exam rooms, counselling rooms, administrative space and other multipurpose space for various FHT programs and services.
Our Role:
Business Plan: Community consultations, review of existing conditions, code review, strategy plan with recommendations for governance, operations, programming and capital work. JMA provided full architectural services for the interior fit-up, which tendered to within budget.
