This Cambridge optical store and optometry clinic in a new commercial plaza was, for the client, a hands-on family effort. Aside from advise for store layout, finishes, fit-up, and mechanical and electrical systems, the client required our expertise for permit documents and for the coordination and organization of the work and liaison with the landlord. For economy and efficiency, the client was able to consult us as needed through construction.
Our Role:
Design, documentation, construction review, and finishes consultation.
