Architectural services during the period of growth for this franchise included the renovation of existing and new stand-alone buildings.
With our support, the client developed the franchise’s prototype for its further rollout. The franchise outlets achieved a distinct street presence that balanced the site conditions with a warm and friendly franchise image. Coordination of mechanical, electrical, envelope and code compliance consultants for base building systems and their interior fit-up, including equipment, aided to achieve well integrated, timely and cost effective solutions. JMA assisted with permit approvals at various municipalities, including site approval for grading, parking, drive-thru, sight lines, site services and lighting.
