A commercial kitchen to support culinary start-ups
Description:
The Courtyard Kitchens was a commercial kitchen that was rented out to culinary start-ups, allowing them to test their products and ideas in the community, and explore business opportunities. Spacious, bright and easy to clean, the Courtyard Kitchens were well suited to support multiple users with different cooking styles. Outfitted with convection ovens, a walk-in cooler, freezer, and steel tabling, this kitchen's design was flexible and responsive to a large variety of cooking needs.
